Packages are shipped by FedEx, Ground Service. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by FedEx’s air service.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping time is 1 – 2 business days after order is placed. Business days do not include holidays and weekends. Depending on availability and stock, some products may arrive well before this time.

Tracking Numbers

Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Hoffners within five days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Frozen Food Products
All Frozen products must be shipped via Next Day Air or Second Day Air. If the customer does not choose this option we will automatically choose it for them and they will be charged accordingly.
Frozen Items are shipped once a week , Tuesday or Wednesday.
