Return Policy:
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item, we will happily refund you, providing the following conditions are met:
The item is in the exact same condition as when purchased.
The item is returned within thirty days.
Shipping costs are paid by customer.
Instructions for Returns:
Contact us for a Return Authorization number, either by calling us toll free at 718-599-2280 or emailing us at return@hoffnersglutenfree.com. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If you cannot use the original packaging, it is your responsibility to procure proper packaging that will protect the item from shipping damage. Any damage that results from inexpert packaging of item will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the item and verify its condition.
Damages or Defects:
In the event an item has arrived to you in imperfect condition, due to shipping or otherwise, we will assume all reasonable expenses to correct the problem. However, your cooperation is required. Please retain packaging and be willing to provide photographs to the freight company, if necessary.
We strongly urge you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged piece, please indicate it on the bill of lading. The statute of limitations on filing damage claims varies among carriers, so it is imperative to handle problems as quickly as possible to avoid missing the deadline.
The responsibility for payment is yours, but Hoffners will work with you to quickly replace your product, as we deem appropriate. There is no additional cost to you for this service.
